Cassidy was an incredible agent from start to finish. I was nervous the first time we met, being that I am a first-time home buyer. She immediately calmed my nerves with her friendly, optimistic demeanor and impressive organization and knowledge of the market. The first house we viewed was not a winner, and she seemed to ask all the right questions and listened to what I liked and didn't like about this house. Laura was absolutely incredible. She was available basically 24/7 to answer any questions or concerns we had. She set up or went with us to so many private showings and open houses. The market was CRAZY (Spring 2022) and we were first-time home buyers. But we found our absolute dream home, in our ideal area, that checked off ALL our wants and needs in only about three weeks! Laura worked with us, our lender, and all the sellers’ agents to help us put in four different offers, and our fourth was accepted. We would see a house on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, and put in an offer Sunday or Monday morning. It happened so incredibly fast, but was always such a smooth and painless process. Since the market was so wild with many sellers accepting an offer (often $50k over listing price) within 1-3 days of putting their home on the market, we thought we wouldn’t be able to compete with other people buying houses with all-cash offers, sometimes sight unseen, and waiving inspection. Laura was so smart and savvy and made our offers really stand out! We were able to offer a 2-week close to the sellers with creative and helpful clauses and waivers in our offer that made it extremely appealing without sacrificing any of our requirements. I don’t even know where to begin! My daughter and I found a home we loved that was listed maybe 1 hour before we set up a time to meet with Scott. We were the very first people to see the home, and we knew it would be a competitive one…to say the least (location, location, location)! Kim was very helpful. I highly recommend working with her. I had very limited knowledge of how real estate purchases work, and needed my hand held quite a bit. There was a lot of apprehension at first. Kim was very responsive, always taking my calls when I had important questions, and she was patient with me being a real estate novice.
